Search SyRF
When Search SyRF is enabled, use the header button or Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) to find projects, study citations, navigation and help topics.
Where chooses the search scope. What chooses the result type.
- All accessible work finds discoverable projects, general navigation and help. Choose Search studies on a project to search its citations.
- Project searches study titles, abstracts, journals and keywords. You can also paste an exact SyRF study ID. Results depend on your project permissions.
- Current study, when available, searches that study’s citation and abstract.
Project-wide search does not currently search author names, DOI or custom IDs. PDF text, annotations and screening decisions are not searched. Help matches a small catalogue of guide topics, not the full guide text.
Select a study to read its citation. This does not start a review or reserve the study. Back to results returns to your query. Selecting a navigation result opens the destination, with the usual checks for unsaved work.
Use arrow keys to move through results, Enter to open a focused result, and Escape to close search. If access changes, search may ask you to choose another scope. A temporary failure has a retry option; it does not mean there are no matching studies.
